I would love to work with you! All consultations (except the intro call) are in person by default, however if you are located farther away I am happy to meet with you over zoom. The registration process is the same; simply email me after you’ve registered and I’ll send you a zoom link.

My office is located in the Baker Court Office Building, 821 Raymond Avenue, Suite 110, St Paul MN.

Below are the services I offer and what to expect from our meeting. To learn a little more about Ayurveda, click here.

Intro Call

no cost| 15 minutes

If you would like a chance to chat with me to see if my approach and scope is right for you, you are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute introductory call (over Zoom).

Intake

$150 | 2.5 hours

For new clients. We will discuss in detail any problems or issues you are experiencing, along with your health history, current diet and lifestyle, and goals for our time together. We will discover your prakruti (dominant dosha) and develop a program to improve your health and well-being. At the end of your initial consultation we will schedule a short check-in, roughly two weeks later, to ensure the plan is working for you and give you an opportunity to ask any questions that have arisen. This check-in is included in the cost of the initial visit.

Follow-Up

$80 | 1 hour

Available to those who have completed an Intake consultation. We’ll check in with how things are going with previously presenting issues, decide whether your diet and lifestyle program needs any changes or additions, and discuss and address new symptoms if any have arisen. This is recommended 1-2 months after your initial visit, and depending on your goals and needs, at regular intervals of 2-6 months if you wish to continue.

What to Expect

Ayurveda is a health care modality that encompasses all the parts of the human being: mind, body, and spirit. So, we will discuss the physical symptoms you are experiencing— and we will also discuss your emotional state, your sleep, your level of community support. It's all connected.

During our session, you are welcome to ask any questions that come up. Your active participation in the process of learning and applying Ayurveda to your life is a crucial element of success.

Recommendations

Your program will be tailored to your needs and may include any of the following: dietary suggestions, spice recommendations for cooking, daily routine modifications such as sleep and wake times, herbal tonics, yoga postures, breathing practices, self-massage, oil treatments, mantra or meditation techniques, and more. If you have particular interest in or questions about any of these, please let me know!

Ongoing Support

When we work together, you have access to email support. Staying connected allows me to ensure that you are getting the most out of my recommendations and truly understanding the process. Sometimes it takes a little getting used to, implementing Ayurveda into your life, and it’s helpful to have someone to reach out to. I’ll also offer pdf handouts when applicable and helpful: recipes, practice guides, mantras, etc, tailored to your particular situation.
