First time to Nordeast Yoga?

The address is 1304 University Ave NE. Building is on the West side of University, just north of 13th. Sunday morning parking is easy, on University or on 13th. Enter the building and go up the stairs to your right, all the way to the top. Walk to the right until you see a sign that says I [om] NE: Nordeast Yoga” with a big arrow pointing to the left. When you get to the sign, go RIGHT, not left (look closely: there’s an arrow up at the top that points to the right also). We’re in the small studio.

First time to the Dow Artist Building?

The Dow Artists Building is conveniently located in the heart of the Hamline-Midway neighborhood, between Minneapolis and St. Paul. The entrance is on Hampden Ave, just off University and a very short walk from the Raymond stop on the Green Line. Parking is easy, right out front on Hampden. Make sure you contact me ahead of time to arrange for me to open the door for you when you get there.
